Documents are manually handed to the secretary and they logbooked it using a record book. now how about if this is to be developed as document tracking for different department of the agency. Features would be: Sender Name, Receiver Name, Date&TimeToday, Remarks(if it was sent or received) Update, Delete, Refresh. Search in data base list. Where the search is red and automatic display while typing the character or it is like smart searching. then can click the data and can update and save.

Excellent video! I have an issue with the 'Text Box'. I made the search bar but after I click on the 'Design Mode' to deactivate it and enter text in the activeX text box, the cursor does not show. I type and no text appears in the Text Box. I can see the text typed into this box show on the 'LinkedCell' but not within the actual Text Box. I'll be grateful for any help.

I have a spreadsheet that lists the number of bedrooms in a given apartment and then next to it the type of apartment. It is similar to your example if "Department A" = "Apartment A", Target = "Number of Bedrooms" and Archiv = "Type of Apartment". For instance i want to count the number of 1 Bedrooms in a given Row if the type = Affordable. I am having difficulties setting up the function.
