    I'm about to say something that may have never been said before: Dr. O' Bryan said diseases are caused by excess inflammation -- correct! But the bigger question is: What causes excess in inflammation? This is how I would simplify it: Inflammation is the root of all evil because no one really knows what it means! Our bodies are run by proteins -- is it not? Excess inflammation is caused by [corrupted] proteins throughout the body, thus causing a rise in insulin and a decrease in potassium, that guides insulin! This is the sum total that explains ALL CHRONIC DISEASES 🙏🏿⚔️ Key words: - Corrupted proteins - Insulin - Potassium

    Part II of II Sorry, but spinach is not for human consumption -- it's for rabbits! Haven't you heard of Sally Norton and the very high oxalates in spinach and almond flour causing her vulvodynia? Or haven't you heard about Jill Harris LPN [kidney stone] diet?

    • @highdeserthealth
      @highdeserthealth หลายเดือนก่อน

      I used to take calcium citrate every morning when I was eating spinach to handle the oxalates, but not everyone has an issue with them. There are 3 markers of oxalates on the organic acids test and usually it's people with high levels of candida that show up with high oxalic acid. Lots of healthy foods have oxalates, unfortunately.

    Part III of IV Did I hear you talk about hydroxyapatite? Stop 🛑 it! Now you're going to hate me! I looked up nano hydroxyapatite [Nano-HA], and my conclusion is to not use it. Yes, it may make your teeth look and feel better, but that's where the benefits ends! In theory, it sounds good. Used by NASA for astronauts, yes. The problem is this product is synthetic, not approved by the FDA and banned by the European union because of legitimate health concerns. I learned years ago, anything that says "nano" should always be treated with caution. Think about it, hydroxyapatite is a very hard substance, that has been powdered down to nanoparticles. It is still a hard substance, whether in the form of a rock, or nano particles. These particles can and will get lodged in organs and tissues and may cause irreversible damage. I think fluoride is very bad, but I think Nano-HA is even worse. Here is something (else) I read a few years ago: Hydroxyapatite is a mineral complex derived from cow bones. In hydroxyapatite, calcium is bound with phosphorus. (This is the principal form of calcium storage in bone.) That sounds great for bone health, but there’s a catch. When you consume calcium, the calcium is freed from whatever substance it’s bound with. So in the case of hydroxyapatite, the calcium is separated from the phosphorus before either is absorbed. Unfortunately, this means you absorb more phosphorus than you ideally should. Research shows too much dietary phosphorus can be a risk factor for cardiovascular and kidney diseases. What’s more, one study found the risk of fractures increased by 9% for every 100 mg of phosphorus intake. That’s concerning, especially as the general population is already consuming more than enough phosphorus in processed foods and food additives.

    Did I hear you say your partner has sleep apnea? Not any more 🙏🏿 I had sleep apnea probably for decades, but I was officially diagnosed 9 years ago! The literature about what causes sleep apnea -- I ignore! I'll tell you what I believe causes it -- and the solution! Ever heard of hypertension? Of course! That's systemic hypertension (especially primarily and of secondary cause.) But what about pulmonary hypertension? This hypertension is caused by dysfunction of arteries to the lungs and veins going back to the heart, and the blood that goes through it. Not to bore you, sleep apnea is a mucus problem -- caused by bacterial infested blood, due to the beginning, subtle stage of pulmonary hypertension! You won't read that anywhere -- I made it up!!! I bet your partner's loud snoring will disappear in 24 hours, if they do this! Do you want to know what THIS is?

    • @highdeserthealth

    • @Diogenes-II
      @Diogenes-II หลายเดือนก่อน

      I bet you sleep in separate rooms? Not anymore! Yes, cigarettes also make blood dirty, creating the need for more mucus! So here is what I used to stop the snoring in 24 hours: RNA/DNA supplement (from Solgar) This is made from brewer's yeast, which contains B vitamins. B vitamins help make and rejuvenate blood, reducing bacteria and mucus. That's why it works so well. What I also have been using recently, which seems to tackle sleep apnea itself, is a lung herb called Mullein. This herb helps rejuvenate the blood vessels of the lungs, and make breathing easier and smoother during sleep. I use: Mullein tincture, by Wise Woman Herbals. Let me know if it worked!

    Part III of III Guest Jenn Trepeck briefly spoke about soluble fiber. Most people only talk about fiber without distinguishing between soluble and insoluble. If you have IBS, forget about insoluble, because IBS means your digestive tract is inflamed, and insoluble fiber will scrub it and make it more inflamed. Like she said, soluble fiber, which dissolves in water and acts as a prebiotic, is the way! She said get it from vegetables. Hard research indicates that SB can be effective and each of us will experience differing effects over a 12+ week period for SIBO and LG. Good luck with your marketing style, yes, I to am sceptical and using SB which I think may be working internally. Other issues are fodmap, mast cell issues, sibo which you mentioned and others.

Furthermore, calcium is part of the sympathetic nervous system while magnesium is a part of the parasympathetic nervous system. In other words, calcium keeps you awake -- no wonder you can't sleep. So many people are supplementing the wrong way that it would have been better if they took no supplements at all🙏🏿 I bet you a dollar the vitamin K2 you are taking is in the cis form, which is inactive and dangerous. Vitamin K2 whether MK7 or MK4 must be in the trans isoform -- the biological active form. You are so stressed out -- i can hear it. You may benefit from vagal nerve stimulation. The best and most convenient product for this i see on the market is: VeRelief

      Tocotrienols, as far as I know, and based on the research described by Dr. Tan in this episode.

    There was a mighty general Who carved a mighty stool They called him Rahful Famous for stool Of endurance and beauty The ultimate in cool. This man was no fool He made People drool At the sight of his stool. Before every battle His enemy he'd rattle Waving his stool He'd shout:" you're doomed you fool"

    I appreciate Lindsey interviewing me. I usually decline podcasts/video interviews due to my poor health & brain function. Historically, I struggle a lot in real-time, and thus strongly prefer text. It varies a lot from day to day and year to year. However, there's also a need to inform people about what I'm doing: a single disabled person undertaking one of the largest public health projects in history, and possibly one of the most important ones if it turns out I'm right. And so far it's largely being ignored by all the major news media, research & philanthropic organizations, etc. I may not have been clear that my goal is to find a panacea, not just to provide FMT to some people. I think FMT has that potential with a good enough donor. Lindsey mentioned the Gates Foundation would want to conduct clinical trials -- that's exactly what I want, and what should be done. What I'm doing is as close to a clinical trial as I can get. A few things I missed: Each donor is so unique. I think I found a donor that would be very effective for obesity/weight loss. Yet they're just sitting around with no demand while expensive pharma drugs with bad side effects are being heavily marketed, and FMT clinical trials for obesity are getting poor results due to the low-quality donors they're using. It's frustrating to see news coverage of the government or private sector sending hundreds of millions in funding to projects I feel are much less promising. I have thousands of donors better than what are currently being used worldwide, yet my donors are not in high demand. My lowest "C. diff only" category are all far better than what hospitals and stool banks are using. I'm growing more skeptical of published results. I think they're not properly tracking & reporting bad outcomes. They are likely brushing many detrimental side effects off as "unrelated" when they're not. And the quality of donors they're using doesn't match their reported outcomes. I used a 1-in-100,000 donor that was flawless and impressive in virtually every way. And I got worse. It's also frustrating to me that every time the downsides of antibiotics are brought up in the news, etc., the collateral damage of antibiotics is completely ignored and the only concern mentioned is antibiotic resistance. There are citations here humanmicrobiome.info/antibiotics/ regarding my statements about antibiotics.

    This message is for Michael Harrop: You may not like hearing some of this, but did you say you consume almond milk and sweet potato? Almond milk is promoted as a healthy substitute to dairy, however it has one of the highest food source of oxalates. Oxalates are harder than tooth enamel and can wreak havoc, and cause kidney damage. Try A2 milk or goat milk instead. Consuming sweet potato in high amounts especially if you blood sugar level is already high is risky business. Anything over 1 ounce per meal is not recommended. Did you say you take zinc and iron supplements? Zinc is a chelator, like activated charcoal is. Too much will bind to nutrients in your body and deplete them all. Especially if you're taking more than the RDI. Iron supplements are even worse. Our body can only excrete about 1mg of iron per day. When you take iron in high milligrams, it gets stored as hemosiderin in the liver. Hemosiderin is locked up iron that serves no purpose to the body other than causing inflammation. Ever heard of fatty liver? That is hemosiderin! That is also why you skin is sensitive to the sun. You need bioavailable copper -- not zinc or iron. For that sensitive skin, you can also try a firn in supplement form called polypodium leucotomos. Now you can enjoy the healing benefits of the sun again 🙏🏿👍🏿

    Hi! Great talk. Any leads on a decent to good probiotic supplement (other than fermented foods) on a budget? And, I’ve been trying to find RDS in Florida and have had no luck. Any leads there,Maybe it’s closed…?

      I think RDS changed names. But that's for fecal transplants, which definitely aren't on a budget. I choose probiotics based on conditions. See this blog post of mine: highdeserthealthcoaching.com/choosing-the-right-probiotic-to-heal-what-ails-you/

      @@highdeserthealth thank you! I’ve got friends that could use probiotics and FMT’s that aren’t on a budget! Love to find the new-named facility. I don’t have any real particular digestive issues. So a broad and basic probiotic would be great! I will check out the link and will share. Thank you much for your time!
