Personally, I take lots of different health supplements so a timed monthly benefit would be hard to pin point unless I kept a dairy. That said, I noticed increased energy within first few days and better sleep (often times I would take at night time due to magnesium). I took Novos yesterday. They a have a new product called Vital that comes in a gummy as well that is great. Try it for three months and keep a notebook to see how it works for you. I did not do any age testing but some of their customers have.

Yes, I am the same way. Looking for a dark roast that when you open the container doesn’t have too many oils on the outside has always been a good bet for me. Reason is they are roasting so long and then bagging right away so the beans can degas. Many medium roasts are actually dark roasts as well. You can always ask but full city roast is usually to the max. Much espresso is dark. I am a fan of light roasts. The only issue is the light roasts contain generally more caffeine. Try a dark roast from Mexico, Peru, Ethiopia, or Hawaii. You might be surprised the flavors.

You're right-I didn't screen share on this one because it's against most affiliate tools back end policy. What I did was share screen grabs throughout the actual video. This isn't an upwork training course. Shopify makes it very easy to get started. Some of their leadership team shared this video over on x as well. Did you try it out yet?

It's not I actually have been using for months and promoted freely. Now, I've requested to become an affiliate because folks have been engaging with my content so much. But I can see why you would think that. I am a marketer by trade and grew up in a house of sales folks. I love to hustle, share products, and their science backs up my sales pitch.
