Two months later, but since you wrote it in the description I am gonna leave you some tips: You occupy Dark Fortresses, not the minor settlements. Subjugate more factions, especially the small daemons ones because more vassals means faster research rate and research rate means better units. When you do occupy a Dark Fortress your primary concerns are building Corpse Mounds and Loot Heaps. You DONT NEED bloody barracks. You sell minor settlements to your vassals, because when you occupy minor settlements they dont give you money. However your vassals do gain money from minor settlements and they give money to you. Archaon can confederate other Warriors of Chaos leaders by defeating them. Most of them are west from the Writhing Fortress, but there are 2 others to the east. You want to get them at the start of the campaign ASAP. If you have any questions, simply reply.

why every moron is playing this game and its variants for the North?

My best, and current run with Skarbrand involved building him around sacking settlements. Also I highly recommend grabbing serial killing in the research tree as one of your first three buffs. Without spoilers, it saves you from taking an extra 5 turns for an army ability you’ll want later. Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!

Loved this game on my Amiga 500 in the early 90's. Too bad they didn't use any voice acting. Such a missed oportunity. Still looks like fun though.

did you forget you can peform a melee attack by clicking the Right Analog Stick (R3) with mouse and keyboard it's V i actually prefer mouse and keyboard than controllers especially melee attack

start with the sorcery research tree, the bonuses are far more impactful than a stat boost on 1 or 2 units. don't waste your money on slaves, invest in hobgoblins to unlock gorduz faster, who in turn makes your gobbos really powerful considered overseers are awesome, they buy you a lot of time before factions declare war on you, and en masse enable a whole new level of diplomacy; save them for later camapigns when you get the chance. don't build so many military buildings so early at 2:45 you should have sth like the gold building at your capital, the public order building at your capital, one hobgoblin building, and money or ressource buildings in your outposts. build the bull centaur (when playing astragoth) or artillery building as soon as possible. with gorduz, hobgoblins are a better choice than dwarfs. blonderbusses and goblin archers are an insane early game army send a caravan as soon as possible to Drakenhof to get an item that gives you regen. cavalry belongs on the flanks, don't send them in with your hero, he damages them with his spells. if you want to blob them up, do it with heroes. don't put your troops behind hills, don't let your missile troops blob up. they do far less damage and hit each other. hope that helps

Heyy Zonam I'm a dokkan player myself I do on my channel you free to check out im getting ready to subscribe but heres a major tip for ya is to keep grinding the story and rack up as many stones as you can 😊 but I definitely keep continue watching your videos so that way you can pull lr characters and grind awake medals to get them characters awaken

Btw the impaler is a magic damage class so a halberd like you have on it a heavy physical damage weapon, so try equippe the javelins the game is giving you for better magic attack and attack speed.
