I’m British/Nigerian. Sold my UK property a year before Covid struck as I had been visiting Nigeria again regularly since 2016. I moved back permanently to Lagos in middle of 2021 and haven’t looked back. You get so much value for your £\$ and can even rent a luxury apartment on the mainland for less than £150 per month. There are already quite a few westerners living here and even more so on the Island. Victoria Island, Ikoyi & select areas of Lekki are great places to live if you like the cosmopolitan lifestyle. Within 10 mins drive of Black Diamond are sone top notch restaurants... Salma, Cactus, Eric Kayser, Lagoon... You would be pinching yourself that you are actually in Nigeria. A few years ago I let out my house in Berkshire rented in London after I had left London 10 years previously. My monthly bills including rent was in excess of £3k. In the beautiful, very secure, quiet and clean private estate I live in mainland Lagos, my monthly bills including electricity( no council tax or exorbitant service charges) costs less than £150. I keep urging my friends and family who are getting to pension age to pack up and return to the motherland. It’s great living like royalty in Nigeria❤

I actually met someone from Nigeria on IG and we been talking for 1 year and a half year just video calling and she tells me everything about Nigeria. She is originally from kogi state, but staying kwara and then she comes to lagos to work. She told me her grandma left her acres of land in kogi state and looking to farm rice. I told her am coming this year to see her and her family to see this place and possibly invest because you don't own nothing in america.

My only advice is that your camera person needs to show more of what you are advertising instead of videoing you all the way. It sorta look like an interview. And maybe do voice overs too.

I will categorically tell you that America is not save like Nigeria. Ever since you move to Nigeria have you ever see anyone treating you with guns? Never. But in America 100 percent is not save because you you never can tell what will happen to you on the road as you are planning for yourself for that day.
