What is KUMI?
In Hebrew, KUMI is an exhortation to RISE!
KUMI is a gathering of five spiritually attuned virtuosos who come together to inspire communal alchemy and engagement: Adam Feder (voice and guitar), Ilana Davidson (voice and shruti box), Daphna Mor (voice and recorder), Judith Rose (poetry and musical composition), and Ernesto Villalobos (voice and violin).
KUMI is a Concert of Deep Awakening using the modalities of Chant, Niggun, Kavanna, Original Poetry, and Music.
Each KUMI event is designed to align with the mission and goals of our host organization.
An awakened heart is like a sky that pours light.
