This is a short video of how I get inside of my car and put my chair beside me on my own. I didn't have time to record how I get my chair out unfortunately. Do ask any questions you might have!
Shower transfer paraplegic

That's how I do my transfer in a corner shower. I usually wear crocs to avoid slipping after finishing my shower. If you have any suggestions for future video ask away!
Ground Transfer paraplegic

About the floor transfer. What I do is I get my feet of the footrest, and put them either to my left or my right. I get on the edge of my seat. I make sure my body is angled, for exemple if my feet are on the left my ass is gonna be on the top right corner of my seat. Make sure to have a certain angle in your feet, to avoid injuries. If my feet are left, I'm gonna put my left hand on the metal ...

Nice vid! How long did it take for you to learn how to drive?
I took an exam that lasted about 45 minutes, it was my first time driving with my hands. I then adapted my car and started driving right away! I already had my normal license beforehand.

What happen
I had a very serious crash while cycling and I hit head first a metal fence. As of now I am a T8 Complete paraplegic, so there is almost no hope I'll ever regain anything

continuez la rééducation de vos jambes... renforcez vos muscles abdominaux pour......... se tenir debout fait également partie de votre récupération....... et un autre objectif est de marcher avec un soutien approprié des jambes (étriers )
N'abandonnez JAMAIS vos rêves .......la vie nous pousse dans des directions différentes....il y a des barrages routiers.....nous essayons de trouver un itinéraire alternatif...pour réaliser nos rêves..... .....que la force soit avec toi Jeremy
