STORYLINE:
STORYLINE
Hayley is shot and she is found by Erin and Hank at the back of her car. Seeing his daughter like this, kills Hank and he's hell bend on finding out who did this to his daughter. Erin escorts her to hospital where they meet Jay who is shocked to see his fiancee like this and as Hayley gains consciousness, Jay tells her to be calm and is visibly upset and scared when the doctors begans to work on her. While waiting news on Hayley who is at surgery, both Hank and Jay breaks down and Hayley's close friend and her rescue squad lieutenant Kelly is trying to make the doctors to save her and her lung as he knows how much being a firefighter means to Hayley. Hayley survives the surgery and meanwhile Hank and Jay are both arguing over the person who did this as Hank is hellbend on finding and ending the person who did this to his daughter. He finds the real mastermind behind this all, the kidnapping of Jay's and Hayley's daughter and the one who had his hands in Hayley's shooting and without any hesitation, Hank shoots him. Meanwhile, Jay locates their daughter and gets her back. When Hayley wakes up and is able to hold her daughter, she is so happy to have her back.
Hayley discovers that Hank knew what had happened to the "family" that had kidnapped Hayley as infant, having made Hank and Camille to think their daughter, twin sister to their son Justin had died stillborn when in fact the doctor had snatched baby Hayley and had replaced her with a deceased baby. Hayley is upset that Hank held this information from her, but forgives him. Jay and Hayley are happy with their daughter and eventually finally gets married.
