Jordan is so bright and insightful. And mature! To realize and be able to internalize the fact that the haters are clearly going through their own unhappiness and to be able to shrug that off and not be affected by it is inspiring.

Three legends. Very inspirational for me to see the home team MAG clinch gold on home soil. Tim is hard to miss because we get to see and hear him regularly and have been so fortunate to be able to experience his expertise for decades now. It's wonderful to hear from Peter and Mitch and see they are doing well. There was something special about that team and it wasn't just how great they looked and the medals. It was years later that I became aware that college played a huge role in cementing the legacy of '84 for MAG. Such a blessing to see you all and to hear from you! Happy 40th x2!

Many of the gymnasts receive college offers before they matriculate junior level even before they go to a world's meet. That's pretty cool especially if they have a mind to measure the different paths to success.

Awwe I absolutely Loved this. Thank you so much for doing this inspiring podcast with these legendary athletes and amazing people. I love how they all talk about the mental aspect of their training and how it allowed them to be their best they could be. It drove them to success. These guys are insanely talented and such wonderful humans. I am a huge fan of them all. I loved how they shared their personal connections and stories of how they built each other up and fed off of each others energy. Thanks Tim, Pete, and Mitch for sharing your stories. It took me back to my childhood in the Bay area. I was a bowler and had met a coach who wanted to work with me because he saw something in me. I was in a youth league and would compete all over California in local and travel leagues. I wanted to be a pro but life had other aspirations for me. When he would talk about mental aspects of training and imagery and had me listen to tapes. I though the guy honestly was nuts and lost his mind. Then I watched the Olympics a year later and here you all are. I saw a interview with Mitch or Tim or Peter somewhere I forget exactly and the talked about this. I said wait.....what hold on. OHHHH lightbulb moment. I then went back to my coach and dove all in and gave it my all and holy smokes. It was like when Mitch left to train for that brief time and came back a whole new person. I bowled from 83-88 in youth leagues and won over 100+ trophies, patches, awards and I don't remember what else. I had went from a mediocre ok bowler to people being intimidated by me at first then inspired. I went on to coach the youth leagues a few years. Then I went on to adult league. THAT was a moment. I had people FIGHTING over me. Everyone wanted me on their team. . I was all WHOA. Humbling of course but very shocking. Sorry a tangent but I wanted to say this was a great podcast but Thank you guys for being inspirational.
