Adding Toggle Buttons and Loops to Handmade Clothing
I like how you made them stronger by sewing chain sections on instead of just sewing the loops and buttons on - would be weaker Great video
❤ thank you
I forgot to leave buttonholes on a cardigan and remembered toggle buttons were a thing. Glad to find your video. This may help me not have to frog and redo my ribbing.
Ty so easy great instructions 😊
How many rows into the brim would you recommend that inner wire be?
I had made a hate WITHOUT a wire, but a narrow brim. Going to redo the last round with this, thanks for the easy to see technique!
WOW...JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THANK YOU SO MUCH. MADE MY LIFE SOOOO MUCH EASIER 😊❤
My toxic trait is watching this and thinking I could do it just like you in 10 minutes, having not touched my crochet needles for 10 years. In all seriousness thank you very much for showing this so clearly and you made it look easy enough for me to try it. Getting my fat fingers to do what I want is another story 😆
Thank you for sharing this. I have ones with a push button and springs inside. I had no idea how to sew them or what they were called 😅
I love your painting. Keep it up 😊
🖤 thanks!
What size are toggles 2 inches?
Link to toggles? Wonderful video
Thanks, I don't know where I got these. I've had them for years. They are 1.5" though
thank you so much for this! i love how you showed an example cardigan and explained things thoroughly. will be trying on my project 💕
Woww 😮❤
This is the cutest thing. I love gnomes. Thank you for sharing I truly appreciate you and your channel
Thanks for this.
Thank you for this. Question: Did you attach the hood before or after you did the first row of faux fur?
Sorry for the delay. The hood is picked up from the body and knit before the fur edge is added
So very helpful - now I have confidence to keep going! Thank you!
Thank you I didn't know technical.name toggle thanks alot
Video was awesome! Thank you so much!
Love it.

Thanks Aaron,,,, great tutorial !
Very easy to follow. Thank you.
Great tutorial Thanks! BTW is there a pattern for that beautiful vest?
Thank you! It's available on Etsy and Ravelry - www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/ellis-faux-fur-vest
Even though I do not knit,I have been inspired to try to replicate this in crochet!
I have a cardigan that comes out every winter but sadly the toggles have all come off and some loops have snapped. Time for trying out these techniques that you so pleasantly presented us. I'll probably make the toggles myself from some wood & use some cord for the loops. Never done this kind of thing before but you showed how it's quite straightforward & I'm sure I can achieve passable results. The main thing is to have the cardigan close and keep out the chill. Ps Your project looks very chic. Well done.
Thank you! Hope it works well
Thank you for your demonstration
Thank you so much💐

How did you make the hat I love it!!!
Thanks, it's crocheted. I don't have a pattern for it right now but any newborn size hat works on these big gnomes
Thank you for this tutorial the 🐧 came out so cute will you provide the pattern to make this?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Is there no sound? Hard to know what you are doing.
Nope, no sound on this one. It's 95 liner rounds/55 brim rounds for the hat
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. Also, beautiful piece you're working on.
Perfect, thanks!
