I wish we could have a fully remastered Ultimate Destruction. I love seeing these characters gameplay in free roam and missions. Imagine a Day to Night cycle for all locations.

no ask me the mod you want on dolphin version and ı will give it to you because gamecube needs recompiling that's why and doesn't support xbox files.

Like, after my mom passed away few months ago, I have to look over my old dad, and there is just tons of work for me to do before I can even have a free time to relax and see what's up on the internet or to play video games. And then after you relax, your head simply doesn't work and you want to take a nap. So I drink a lot of coffee to stay awake and it screws up with my mind. they are not in-game cutscenes.They are videos.So no.

Not Java. The games files type is .lua and .p3d the game is made with torque engine (my guess) and has support for extracted files.
