In the midst of a hiring frenzy last year, companies were starving for talent. This year it's like eating with a half stomach and they're picky about what they really like. Companies will hire in bulk only when more talent is needed.
Much of last year's surge is due to remote hiring, where companies have diversified their talent pool, giving candidates more choices and better bargaining power.

Dear Sir, I am here after watching you in the debate in Republic TV on 09.08.20. I am really impressed with your oratory and debating skills. What I am a little worried is that you don't seem to carry a conscience. And in that case, I wonder how are you qualified teach the kids, when you lack the basic moral values as a human being. How did you manage the trip after losing your wallet? Didn't you search for it?
Varshu Vicky Someone flicked it at Khai Island which is like 15min by ferry from Patong beach. And none of those tour operators or travel agents helped me out to even connect with anyone at the island. And my flight to Bangkok was scheduled for the next day. I had a travel card with me from Icici. It took around 24 hrs to activate the card. I managed to reach Bangkok with great difficulty but now everything sorted. But yeah, don’t expect people at Thailand to help you in crisis. It’ll never happen in good spirit. I’m not branding them but generally that’s the feeling with everyone here.
Sir, it's a kind request...please do videos on motivating young generations like you are usually done in your classes. It creates a fire 🔥 to be strong enough to achieve the dream!
