Just a relaxing hack on Caitlin after a competition

10 May 2021. On May 8th, Saturday, we went to a competition to another stable. The next day she had a day off just chilling in her paddock and the day after that this hack. We did some trot, a bit of canter and a lot of walk. I love taking her out like this so she can experience different places, sounds and smells.

Last summer our barn held a little competition and we participated. We jumped a 60 and 80 cm classes in a day. Placed 3rd in 80 cm class. Filmed on August 16th 2020.

As I got past my 100 subscribers I wanted to make something special but while I was preparing the video my subscribers count went beyond 200! I did not see that coming, thank you so much! Enjoy this short helmet cam video compilation of my showjumping training session. I fell off at one point but was quickly back in the saddle and jumping again. No music or voice over so you can get the full riding experience. Shot on November 5th 2020. Caitlin is 5 years old here.

I did pet him before and he was playful but he showed his teeth like that. I don't think it's aggression as he didn't growl. But it looks very confusing

As I don't consider myself a good enough rider to start jumping her myself, I turned to a professional rider for help. This is Caitlin's first jumps under saddle. We kept the jumps small and the session short. This was filmed in the early spring of 2020

you have a lot of potential and so does your horse but that small of an arena is not good enough for you you are a goregeos rider and need a bigger area to use and work with all your talent
