Kia ora! Breaker Bay was my larder when we lived in Wgtn, actively diving from 1969 to 1981. There used to be lots of butterfish there, and plenty of koura, but the structures they lived in made them hard to catch! There is one large flat rock there like a table top lying on top of other rocks - used to be heaps of koura under that rock but no way to reach them! Super frustrating...
