I’ve been installing hydraulic quick couplers on excavators,, one after another,, After I go through the footage I have now.. I’ll try to put together a good video on that install.. Ugh buddy. Is everything hooked up..? Probably an electrical issue..

@ yup everything hooked up just like yours, switch works, buzzer works ,pressure switch working good , leading towards the solenoid

@ inside of those solenoid plugs where the wires are …. The factory is screwing into the insulation of the wires .. I checked those both before I screw them in ..! Check those out and if that’s not it ..? I can give you something to look for..!

So I did find that issue.. fixed it but still not working. My coupler just doesn’t wish to unlock

@jesusaguirre8683 I have had the wires at the unlock switch,, Switched up before.. might check the wires at the control box .. I’ve seen them mixed up before too. Wiring diagram is in the back of the directions

It’s a sweet tractor! Very fun to operate

@@ryanlynch2259 Probably could have cut off that heat shrink and utilized the existing wire, but I just rolled up the excess and zip tied it under the loader valve. worked okay. I'll put some wire loom over the red wire I added eventually to make it look more professional. It took me longer to figure out what fitting went where and how because i'm not familiar with hydraulic fittings, then it did to do the whole job.

It is the Kubota kit.. there should be two pairs of spade connectors behind where the switches are.. you only need to use one of those pairs.. one of those pairs won’t work for you.. hope that helps

@@ryanlynch2259 so i was thinking that thing must feel weird when the boom is extended all the way out but i watched it again and see you have a big ass weight on the opposite side rear, are both rears loaded?

The left rear tire is loaded plus two extra weights on the hub ..! The M5 is a little tricky to control…. But the M6 operates like a dream! The boom and controller are different..

@@ryanlynch2259 yeah and cheap comparing paying rediclas $890 at deeres for there alterators wich cost at deeres here and my kubota dealer here in canada sells the denso for $150 to $250 wich pretty good

@@ryanlynch2259 Thank for the quick reply. I did purchase the Kubota block heater and it had instructions but they were slightly vague. They mention using a freeze plug on the right side. However, I'm wondering is this the right side when facing the tractor or the right side when sitting in the cab? Thanks again :)

@ right side when sitting in the machine..! Use the one that they tell you to use!! Might be a little tedious to do.. just take your time and do it meticulously!! Good luck 🍀
