of the five sense involved, as well as designing spaces to be organic, functional, and unified. I enjoy
experimenting with the 3D animation of spaces and how utilising this can help people understand

Kōen - a healing garden
A 3D walkthrough animation video, modelled from the ground up, of a healing garden. This space is an adaptive reuse project of a water reservoir - places that are often discarded after they have served their purpose. The design is based around the concept of being 'nurtured by nature' and biophilic design. Through the appropriate use of curves & circles, as opposed to harsh corners & straight lines, the overall atmosphere of Kōen is one of calmness, relaxation, peace, & safety. The circular movement through the space has an effect similar to that of a labyrinth Kōen promotes well-being & happiness for all its users. Through the use of natural light, natural sustainable materials, lighter tones, soft & warm artificial lighting, a variety of vegetation, & various meditative spaces this healing garden allows visitors to choose how they want to approach healing with each visit.
