A: You can't control the motor's rotation direction if not using capacitor. There may be a problem to start it. 2. Without switch, i try to hold rotation and it's rotate back. Is it normal? What's disadvantages of this? A: If not using Capacitor, the motor will change direction when you hold it. It is normal, and will protect the motor from locked and burnt. 3. How if i combine Red and Green wire? A: It will shaking violently, and will damage the motor. Please don't do that.

1 more question: when using 1 cable (red/green) without capacitor, sometimes its change direction after turned it off. But its not always. some times, 1 x, 2x or 3x turn off then change direction. How to measure it will change direction or not?

The direction of rotation of this motor is controllable. It is capable of fixed direction rotation.

You can't controll the motor's rotation direction if not using capacitor. There may be a problem to start it.

If I don't need to change the direction of the motor, do I still need to connect the capacitor? Or can I just wire up the yellow and red wires to AC voltage?
I just tried it without the capacitor and it worked. My motor has 2 black wires and 1 green and 1 red. I combined the 2 black and connected them both to neutral and combined the green and red and connected them both to live and it worked!
