Oh my god first of all this looks stunning! The fact this is one of the first times you’ve made an animatic is insanely impressive 🤯 Also the story is so intriguing! Especially with the character with the highlights. I noticed they are being haunted by a silhouette of another person, I’m assuming that silhouette is either someone controlling or manipulating them (maybe their boss? I’m assuming they’re an assassin) to not be with the other person, is a family/friend who’s unsupportive and guilts them for their feelings, or is a manifestation of their internalized resistance to fully falling in love with the other!! Sorry I’m probably wrong but man this is so intriguing good work ^^
thank you so much!! this is a really good speculation!!! im actually impressed that you noticed some of these things!! well, these two characters are bounty hunters. they are my dnd ocs for my friends campaign which we havent started yet (so their lore is still going on) and this is basically one of their first missions, when they were still working together. The guy with the black hair (ash) was in love with the guy with the horns (jhett) but jhett didnt know this since ash was always hanging around with girls (only to get information for their bounties) as i said theres still so much there can be, i hope to make more animatics with them in the future :))
