Rasa sayange adalah dari Indonesia, orang betawi Jakarta ada memanggil "Nona = Young Lady".. memangnya malaysia ada yang memanggil Nona?? Tidak ada

其实凉拌不是学泰式的，我们本土早就有了，不过是umai midin。。 后来厨师懒惰还有偷工减料才会出现泰式凉拌的midin，原因很简单就是买泰式酱倒下去就搞定。。 如果是本土的umai midin就工比较多，料也比较多。。 要用石臼捣小鱼干，小米辣。。 切小红葱，黄皮大葱，和酸桔皮。。有些人还会加酸芒果。。 还有挤酸桔汁，最少要六粒。。 最后的调味就是盐和味精。。有些人有加巴拉煎，看个人喜欢。。 对我来说Umai midin才是正宗的做法，泰式是邪魔歪道。。

Electric Steam the rice in water (porridge) 1.5 hours, then stir boil 1 hours = 2.5 Hours. Less labour stirring. Porridge very soft & smooth, don't stick bottom pot, achieve same texture. For me, I straight steam 2.5 hours. Porridge Base ready. Just match with some cooking dishes (teo chew style) or just use pot boil style, marinated chicken with ginger lines, seasoning immediately.
Thin Kway teow (hor fun) is better noodles for kway teow kia pork soup
