IIRC CC-BY-ND means you can't change it, you can use it as long as you credit the creator and don't change it. Because a modified version distributed would be derivative of the original work.

This is likely the wrong place to ask, but can you help me with the fact that Dialogic is broken when it comes to variables? whenever I use anything that uses variables in a timeline and trigger it the game crashes with the message "Invalid get index 'end_idx' (on base: 'Dictionary').". Is there any way to fix this?
it's hard to say what the problem might be without knowing more, but i think the place to start would be the issues page for the dialogic plugin: github.com/coppolaemilio/dialogic/issues look first to see if there are similar issues, you may want to search through "closed" closed issues as well, if you can't find anything you can create a new issue describing the problem
This is the only video that is fine at explaining how to implement the code.
Mate this video is perfect! I was just looking through that piece of code too, went to look for some guidance and your video was bang on what I wanted. I love that you just showed all your problem solving and you went through it as a person would at the time

I'm going to post a video next week that covers creating a presentation for the final project. If you want to get started, look at the class examples and inspiration links and start thinking about what you want to create for the final. You can elaborate on a previous assignment or come up with something completely new.
