Brantford Bike Park: BIGGER Medium Jump Line
Ted progressing to the larger medium jump line at Brantford Bike Park.
I like this line. It's "lippier" than the medium jump line to the left of it, sending you into the air a little bit more. Good training for lippy jumps at the downhill bike parks! I'm still not very good at jumping, but I'm slowly getting better. Practice, practice, practice.

Monday, July 29, 2024, Horseshoe Bike Park near Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Some days on the bike go better than others. This was one of my tougher days on the bike, that's for sure. I crashed 5 or 6 times during the course of the day. 4 times on ONE trail (Smith's Trail aka Thriller). Still had fun, but yeesh...could have done with less crashing!

On our second day at Thunder Mountain, we did a lot of tech riding, and it really helped boost our confidence to tackle other trails and features at the park. In this video, we tackle "Back of the Shack" a black rated tech trail. There are some pretty crazy sections there, and they definitely challenged us. Come along for the ride!

This was the 3rd run of our second day on July 30, 2024 at Thunder Mountain Bike Park. This place is so rad. You should definitely go and ride there. They've got flow, they've got jumps, they've got drops, they've got tech. They've got a great bike shop & service department. They've got a great little restaurant too. They've got it all! Trust me. Nice vid. I agree Trillium should be a black. However, compared to the easiest black in TM, LoamStar or Billy Badger, it is tame. TM is a step above most places for sure.
The first rocky feature at the entrance of Trillium, I always take center or right. Crouch down, arms and knees bent, stay off the brakes and let the bike roll. Not hard at all, sets you up for the high line on the berms. The next left rock part is totally rollable. Just a couple of pointers. Quite fun, once you get over the initial fear.

It is a deceiving drop. One must go faster than one would think to not case it.
Best thing I’ve learned after being out of the game for 16 years is go faster. Helps on the roots and rocks and over all

Have to watch not being too cocky on Cat and Mouse. Have passed quite a few riders lying in those ditches. Over 200 berms on that run
