You'll have to connect your phone to a PC to access the files on newer versions of Android. I'm sorry, there's no other way than to root your phone or use Shizuku.

@@goldentoaster4791 Maybe you can use a third party file manager app like Z-archiver and give it the permission to access the entire android/data directory.
@@spacedaway yeah so I downloaded the app and there was the stef file and the blueprints one too I followed your steps again and when I copied in blue prints and loaded up sfs and it wasnt there so do I like need an expanison or Smith or is the BP I trying to download is wrong
