I saw many makers use them for carving around the lips, but I only use it for separating lips, giving deep cut. However, some even drill through and then add teeth and tongue.

After two day effort Etsy finally reimbursed me!however the automatic rejection of all seller arguments is quite discouraging, obvious they don’t invest encephalitis in the HR (the buyer didn’t provide the damage photo!!!). Still the shop visibility remains very poor after the case…
