Great documentary, way to spreading positive energy! Feeling motivated after watching, thanks Tung for making this.
I already done it, it's not really hard actually. But make it for 1 hours it is a real punishment. But hey, I lost 10kg in 30days after make it 1 hours climbing stairs everydays. But bare my words "It's not hard, but it's doesn't mean it's easy either". I loved it. Congrats for your world's records.

An very interesting approach!!
I was so blessed to be able to return home, to Malaysia for my final year project. We spent 2 months travelling and shooting videos around Malaysia for such exciting contents. So many new stories and friends we met along the way, so many new places explored, so much love and warmth felt among us. This is my love letter to the whole new Malaysia. Here's to amazing places in our country, here's to different skin colors yet we called friends, here's to the ones who changed Malaysia, here's to different languages yet the same message of love, here's to my home we called Malaysia. Happy Malaysia Day 2018. Our Year.
