Does this method work with finer, more slippery fiber like alpaca?

I need the stand. My combs did not come with one.

So I have a few questions about the actual process of making the fabric. 1. What kind of loom do you guys use 2. How do you get/make the fluff whefts, are there multiple methods? 3. Do you put a sealant like glue on the back of the faux fur once done. 4. What is the actual step-by-step process of making the fabric and how time-consuming it is. You don't have to answer all, but it would be a big help since I'm trying to find how people do it and so far no video at all helped 😅.
