Empowering Girls for Life is hosting their third annual event on Saturday, October 3rd at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. The event is designed for girls age 7-18 to listen and be inspired by the stories of successful females from different industries, while also enjoying sponsorship booths.
By giving these women a stage to educate, inform and lead, we want to motivate and inspire young females to follow their dreams and create the future they want for themselves.
This one-day event will feature ten female speakers from various industries with a VIP session, where attendees get the chance to meet, greet, get autographs and pictures with our speakers. The 2018 and 2019 event hosted Olympic gold medalists, business women, entrepreneurs, educators, motivators and more.

Laura Randle Smith: Mentors & Sponsors
Laura Randle-Smith is the Director of Engineering in Regional Engineering for ComEd. In this role she oversees 125 engineers responsible for providing innovative, industry-leading design and reliability solutions on the ComEd distribution system that meet the evolving needs of their customers and communities, facilitating a safe, reliable, resilient, and clean energy environment.
