Experience of this first trial by Alex Machipisa, the innovator developing Solar Barbeque in Zimbabwe: "This was my first time to actually try and grill Pork Chops with the Sun using home made mirror panel 100 Suns. A good learning experience I must say and hopefully with experience I will get the hang of it to eventually scale up to a Solar Barbeque Restaurant! The meat was a bit dry but very tasty though, better than fire barbeque. I really enjoyed it. I hope to keep my meat a bit soft and juicy next time... That's how I like my Bbq"

Solar cooking Is Absolutely a viable way to cook. If one is going to 'grill' food outside on a sunny day this is a better alternative. My household in the US cooked all of our meals 28 days of the month in late winter in the state of Michigan. The 100 Suns looks more advanced and effective than anything we used. Brilliant demonstration!
