This book is amazing although it starts out a little slow. There are some real truth nuggets in this book. There is definitely some very important health information here. I used to think that Homeopathy was a bunch of hocus pocus, placebo effect, quackery. But, I've been experimenting on myself with the cell salts and also remedies that seem to be helping. There's only one way to find out if this works and that's to practice the principles described in this book and similar books like it. I didn't know that you were on Jason Breshears podcast...I'd been watching him for a few yrs now. Somehow you fell through the cracks. Or perhaps I just wasn't ready to receive the info. I just subbed.

Great conversation Amed and Joel, lovely topics, heart,energy and the controversial meat use, as I have my doubts with it too, I am more of the flexitarian way 😊 follow what my body says and not to be regimental or rigid in any thing, I believe in not going to extrems and keep everything in balance and neutral. I understand every thing in earth is sentient but when we eat from a plant or tree it reproduces back again unless it's cut from the roots unlike animals once killed is gone, poisons are in every thing plants pesticides, animals are injected with sh..t too, air,water ,I believe as well good quality foods are important for our nourishing, I just thanks everything that goes in my body and believe it will transform for my own good 😊

Profound thoughts as always. Predator versus prey seems to be a foundational concept of function in this realm. The negative polarity must exist with the positive in order for energy to be utilized. And isn't it all energy? All things are composed of energy. It is how we use it that determines the output of its force. Energy, in itself, is not good nor bad. It just is and it is what we do with it that causes the result. How we "choose" to "use" the energy determines the output. Hence, we have the ability to use energy as we will. We "choose how to use" energy. Plants and animals are both forms of energy. And energy is neither created nor destroyed as it is only transmuted. Didn't you choose to have this conversation today via the electronic medium of technology? Sure. You both had to purposefully take actions by choice with your physical body in order to meet for this conversation. And you both required the energy to do it. My personal relationship with food has been similar although I have ended up in a different place. i have tried a lot of fasting, vegetarian, vegan, fruit diet and carnivore. All these yielded benefits and different perspectives however I have returned to a normal diet with no restrictions and without any projection upon the food, I don't seem to have any issues where previously with all the concepts, i had issues with many foods. I eat a lot of rice, beans and beef with minimal veges. if i cut out the meat or the beans or the rice i experience a lack of balance in the food and energy i receive from it. There is a balance in eating all types of food however one needs to be intuitive and feel what the body wants on any given day or at anytime. Some days the body may not want anything. Eating once/maximum twice a day will ensure there isn't a crash in energy and food has time and space to digest properly. For me not abstaining from any foods keeps me connected to the world and the people in it and allows me to enjoy the creations from different cultures and even sweets and candies that have had intent and design in respect to the taste which i value. I am not saying it's the healthiest and will yield max strength or vitality but having good metabolic flexibility and being flexible with food choices has great benefits in multiple areas of life esp when travelling. If one would like to heal the fruit diet is good for short periods of time during the summer is great. Carnivore may be better for geoundedness and if one is working doing physical labour. There are season changes here and other factors. Heal the internal battles and fears and the food side of things becomes much more simple. Anxiety and nurotic focus on food has the biggest effect on digestion not so much the food choice. Hope this was valuable to someone. Agree with both joel and Ahmed but am offering a different perspective or facet from my own experiences 🙏

Intent is powerful and it has a flavor, use it wisely and use it to learn and bring joy. Hey only 1 in 30,000 men in the west live to 100 years old so make the most of it. Here is a "practice", wake up in a dream, then wake out of that dream into another dream, then do it again and again. This can be done through pure intention. Then transfer this experience to everyday waking life and take a look around.

Absolutely agree with what you’re saying about meat versus vegetarianism or veganism. I was raised a vegan and began eating meat at about 16. I always wanted to eat even from a very young child, but that was a choice of my parents at the time to be vegan. personally feel much better , physically and mentally eating meat. I have gone back to veganism a few times in my life just to see if there was a difference. Absolutely was a difference. When listening to Santos Bonacci go off about veganism and how we’re fucking murders for killing animals . I couldn’t help but laugh because I thought about the same things you’re talking about plants being sentient. And when grass is cut that smell you get is plant releasing toxins and sending a chemical signal to the other plants warning it a danger. I have personally witnessed people that I felt like were having mental and physical breakdowns as a result of their veganism.

It's hard not to reflect that the numbers are the slow train to madness if you hold on too tightly.
