So I just now found out that there's an animatronic called "torture victim" which is an animatronic of a man chained up with a degloved face flailing around, I felt like that'd be a pretty honorable mention. There's a vid of it here on youtube. It's pretty bad though

I know this is late, but the most messed up/disturbing animatronic I've seen for sale was Moldy Mommy, the one where it's an emaciated woman in a rocking chair holding and talking to her dead/rotting baby. They sure don't make them like that anymore!

The laying dead body looks like something from Alarma magazine. That prop might work well if you use it in an apocalyptic scene or if there is some kind of strange invaded scene with aliens/monsters causing havoc. I still find that prop pretty hard to use for a Halloween haunt or display because of its gruesome realistic look.

When we bought the chin-up zombie the cashier thanked us because he is extremely annoying and screams constantly. He's motion (and sound I think?) activated. *He is so so loud and extremely sensitive.*

Here's some I've found, these ones are pretty crazy imo -Vanessa Carcass (from thehorrordome) -The Hooker (real animatronic name btw, from thehorrordome again) -Cotton Candace (thehorrordome again they keep making insane stuff) -Spider Food (poison props) -Mummified in Barbed Wire (poison props, lowk sounds like a metal band lol) -The Flasher (poison props, the title is exactly what you're thinking) But professional animatronics aren't afraid to traumatize people, the audios are realistic asf and actually sounds like ppl being tortured

The more professional animatronics used for actual haunts are also pretty brutal, I've literally just stumbled upon an animatronic from thehorrordome called "the hooker"

I remember seeing a version of the first one in person a very long time ago in a local store. It creeped me out but it was also pretty neat

There's an animatronic that's not scary by appearance but by concept. A poor soul has a rat box in his torso while rats feast on his body.

There was one animatronic that morbid enterprise is released, called the Faceless nurse That one was really surprisingly at party city a resemble a nurse with No face that’s like melted and she has like no pants and it’s just like a nurse outfit and she’s holding a knife. That was one of the animatronics that was release.

Are you only talking about retail? Because uhh... Some of the stuff you can find in professional shops is pretty insane like Leftovers from distortions which is a lot like homicide victim but 10x more realistic. Basically any professional gore prop is worthy of a place in one of these videos
