This is really something. One day I plan on awapping a t5 engine into my SC400. By the way, what kinda of setup do you have for the rear axle? is it solid or independent or stock delta?

@@GTIR640 what sort of boost pressure? Did you upgrade fuel pump and injectors? Sorry for lots of questions, I'm planning on turbocharging my swift as well. Haven't found anyone in my area who has done it yet

i don’t know the name of the turbo but its suzuki swift sport so it’s 1.6l vvt 125/136 horsepower

@@gvergad even if you go diy buying the cheapest turbo you can find it still adds up quickly. Do you make your own manifold or do you buy one. Buying one sets you back 200 .. do you go for a secondhand one from a known brand or a cheap Chinese one. Somewhere around 200 also including shipping... . The oil lines, the wilding on the sump. Fuel pump & injectors & piggyback ecu or stand alone ecu to replace the original. The downpipe connecting to the exhaust. It doesn't make sense to not upgrade the exhaust when you turbo. A choice To you keep the cat or delete or replace for a race cat. How much power are you aiming for, for what purpose to use. Drag racing, day use & trackdays. Exceed 160hp and clutch & gearbox are likely to wear out premature. A kit sets you back at least 2200euro upwards to 3800 euro, Injectors ecu not included and still needs to be installed so if you can't do any yourself it an easy 7000 euro. In this case turbo in a 1.2 90bhp to 147bhp is a great improvement. A zc31s 1.6 127bhp with a good tuned alone a non turbo would come close to 147bhp. Put in a turbo you would have 227 or more. On 13 pounds of boost. It about what the car is worth to put into it. But one installed working as intended you are in a rocket on wheels.
@@atrem7942 can u put an 6mt gearbox from m16a in a k12b?? How much Hp supports the engine with stock internals? Do u find forged pistons for k12b?

bmw gearbox do you have more info i am building a volvo engine in a opel omega and want a stickshift from bmw but dont know what would fit a b5234t or a b5254t nice build how much horsepower are you making
raymond detz 5xx+. In sweden the make gearbox for you. Weld an adapter plate on so it fits. 5 speed diesel gearbox
