I don't know the history, but they are PINE trees! They look nothing like American pine trees, so I was surprised to learn this. But yes, they are beautiful!

@jahangiralom4506 Hello! I am happy to give some recommendations. Definitely you should stay in the old town area. It's totally walkable, has many great restaurants, shops, and charming streets to wander. There is also a Starbucks for your convenience. 😉 I would also recommend getting a tour guide to visit some places outside the city, such as: Libearty Bear Sanctuary, Bran Castle, Soloman's Rocks. In Brasov, there is a gondola that takes you to the top of Tampa Mountain. However, I recommend to actually do the hike to the top. It only takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and is not too difficult. It's a really pretty hike with great views. My favorite restaurants in the old town area are: Next Door, and Massimo. ☺

@sorinrusu1022 Hello! I don’t have time for editing voice over right now. And I am filming on my cell phone so the sound quality would be bad. My videos are only meant for my friends and family to see what I am doing while I’m traveling. 😊 It’s possible I might add narration in the future. But for now, I’m just keeping it simple. @vald9698 My videos are just to show my friends and family what I have been up to while I’m traveling. I don’t have a lot of time for editing and I’m filming them on my cell phone. @@minnesotabean7111 What is your traveling style? Are you constantly on the move or do you take time to live for a few weeks in each country? I`ve seen a couple of other videos of yours and you seem like a slow paced traveler, which is great for having some form of meaningful, in depth contact with the places u visit.
@vald9698 This trip has been intentionally slow. I am spending as much time as possible in each place. I have been blessed to be able to take this extended trip. 😁

Great video and editing. I will be going to Brasov area this coming May(again) as it is my favorite place to stay when doing day trips in the area. As a Romanian Minnesotan, it makes me happy to see fellow Minnesotans taking trips to the area. I would also highly recommend the Maramureș region of Romania, if you are looking for a place when time stood still for a long time, and would like to experience old traditions still alive.

@@minnesotabean7111 Thanks for your kind compliments, but as you see, I'm more of a musician than a photographer! My old phone is capable of taking some decent pictures, but only under the best light, and Prague is not the sunniest spot in the world. I'm watching more of your fine videos! Have you made any videos from Spain?
