Awesome Carter go kart. I love the look with the classics old school skinny slicks. I have a Carter myself that I’ve owned for years. My kart is the blue model 2336 2 seater with tecumseh 6hp Power Sport motor. It runs like a top but I’m looking to hop it up a bit. I was wondering what motor and carb set-up your running on yours. It looks like a predator motor with a Mikuni carb and key start? If you have the info, I would love to know the details of your karts drivetrain so I could possibly try something similar on my Carter go kart? Great build!

compression leaks due to damaged crankshaft seals in the engine block......nd fix it fast because you'll cook the pistons

Beautiful ski. If you have the old grey fuel lines, make sure to change those out. Those are known to go bad and then clog the filters in the carb.

You definitely have a fuel issue

Are the needle bearings too large or the wrist pin? My father used to do hand fitting like this on Mercury outboard engines at races. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it destroyed the rod if the needles started to skid.

Heard others use the word smooth and not sure what they mean. My stock drivers are smooth. To me the Juggernaut is just a large gearing change. There's still gear reduction after the belt shift. Ends up around 1.5:1. They also say there's less belt wear. There better be less belt wear. The engine and drive train should love that big of a gearing change.

Sweet! I got a manco critter 2 seater, solid axle with the 224. Governor and oil sensor deleted, straight pipe, 26 pound springs, aluminum flywheel, comet torque converter with green spring. It takes off very fast and with me 200 pounds it does 45 with my son 100 pounds it does over 50. Not bad for what it is.

I was driving home around 2 am, I'm super tired so I wasn't really paying attention to any of the cars, I was going around a curve on a back road and I saw a truck that just looked weird, but when I looked in my rearview, I could see that it was a cyber truck. now that's not all impressive now that they're being released, but I live right in the middle of the worst cities in my state, the best cars you see around here are Honda civics and kias

I witnessed a similar situation where one squirrel got ran over and it started to shiver out blood. Really sad.

It was indeed the carburetor filter. I sprayed it out with carburetor parts cleaner and now this SeaDoo does 50 MPH!!!

Sounds like the Carburetor high speed jet is clogged. also Check fuel water separator fiiters for any contamination

Driving home today, turning onto my streetI saw a squirrel up ahead on top of something in the road; figure if it must be a walnut smashed in the road he was trying to get at… no … as I got closer, it was its mate flattened to the road… it was so heartfelt to see this… I just hope the living squirrel does not meet its same fate as it’s partner.. Happens so quick when animals dart out onto the road, especially when animals play tag with each other… no different than kids playing, they get distracted not seeing the dangers of what’s driving on the road
