So here are my thoughts after using it a dozen or so times this season (size XL). I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, so groomed hills and random snow patterns... Overall, I like the helmet. Built-in lens/goggle is great because then I don't have to fumble with an additional item, and the field of vision is quite large... Here are some other general items for you to consider: ---> Vision vs. OTG clips... I wear glasses and tried both clips and I've decided to stay with the Vision clips. The OTG clips stick out a little too far and a whistling sound is created... I have larger edge-to-edge glasses, which is why I couldn't find any regular goggles for OTG. ---> Wet weather (snow, wet snow, rain)... Any water landing on the top front of the helmet, definitely drips into the inside of the lens (not on your face, but it hits the top of the lens and travels against the inner lens). Even though there's a gasket on the helmet side, the lens rests on top of that... I'm going to try and find something from a hardware store to make some kind of rubber seal on the top to prevent water from getting in..... The outside of the lens, I was expecting the water to bead more off of it... Sometimes the inside fogs up, I just need to get some anti-fog to put on. ---> Interchangeable lenses (via screw)... I have the original lens, and then I bought the other colour for overcast/night skiing. I've mainly used the yellow lens because of the overcast/night skiing. ---> Comfort... Feels very comfortable to wear and you can use the adjuster to loosen or tighten to your head... Bring a hat with you if you're going to try this on.

Got the same helmet 3 years. I dont need OTG with my glasses 👍.

I have this helmet. I wear glasses but don't need the otg fitting as my average sized glasses fit under the visor very well without it.

Why you didn't add summary at the end of video with all settings like list or in description?

Beware, the liner is not removable if you need to wash it. Disappointing for the price point.

Does someone have the same probleme as me, my new enduro battery just doesnt work long at -3 degrees celsius. often the video breaks down because of it. Only time it works is when i but the battety in my pocket inbetween :(

how does he have 60 fps, on my gopro 10 there are just 24, 25, 50, 100 or 200, how do i fix this

I bought this helmet because of your review... I also bought an extra lens (yellow) for overcast and/or not skiing... I was the only "goggles" that could truly accommodate my glasses. No other goggles could fit my frames in from the side-to-side opening.

Do you always film in 4:3 and then cut it to 16:9 in post? Why not film in 16:9 from the outset?

GoPro 11 doesnt let me set EV and shutter at the same time. When shutter is 1/120 EV is N/A

Can I assume that you prefer to use the chest mount rather than the helmet mount? Are there pros and cons to each of these options? Thanks

Great video. So easy to follow. My only issue is that my GoPro Hero 10 doesn't allow SuperView with RES 4k and FPS 60. I get the message "2x Slo-Mo is unavailable when shooting 4k video with SuperView". To use SuperView I must set FPS to 30. Any ideas?

Hi thanks for the review. i am looking for an AMID VISOR, I can't decide between HD or PHOTOe SAVOR AMID VISOR HD or SAVOR VISOR PHOTO. It looks like that AMID is better, but how about the HD lens? work well in all climate conditions?

I know you said in your video your helmet is the s version and a bit small for you. How would I measure my head for a helmet? Is it base off of circumference or length?

Did the otg plates come with your helmet or you had to get them separately?

Do you have any issue with Hero10 where it freezes when you're charging? I have a Hero10 that freezes every time I leave it charged for few hours and had to be reset by press and hold MODE. I did an RMA with GoPro but the replacement does the exact same thing too. I think this may be a known issue but not sure if everyone using Hero10 is seeing the same thing

I was having a literally "burned white" screen because of the settings i was having my camera to film. When i went home and show the footage a was frustrated !! I have a hero10 and needed this. Thank you (I think the "power saving" mode had something to do with it though 🤔)
