I really liked the class!! I knew from the start that the pace was too quick so I slowed down to 0.8 speed to really feel all the stretches properly 😊

love the flow so much and it was perfect because i hate it when the teacher talks too much. your was absolutely perfect and straight to the point and i felt the flow but it was too fast. an additiional second per movement would've made my practice more enjoyable! thank you for sharing your practice
