I wish Nigeria will make things easier for citizens. In the Africa country where I live, individuals are allowed to dig borehole water under government license and to supply or provide piping of water to houses. What we pay is not much, one hundred per barrel per month and outstanding meter rent fees of two hundred. The water supply is not only by the government but by private individuals. Recently, license was given to private individuals to provide solar light to home also reducing monopoly of national grid to provide electricity. As we think of Yoruba nation or region, let's borrow idea from other African nations and make life comfortable for all.
