I loved this song it's so nostalgic for me now.

It's one of my most treasured cassette albums. Such a pity they never continue singing. One of the best albums out there in the 90s. The songs and lyrics are phenomenal. But I still wonder what they meant by, 'count your R.E.M.'? Can someone tell me please.

My goodness, stumbled across this which has unlocked a bunch of memories. Must have been around spring 1997. Year 9 trip to Germany. I had my first kiss with a German girl who looked a lot like Shelley from this band. Wonder what she is doing now. Nowadays we would have swapped Instas. In 1997 I did not even catch her name. Music was good back then.

I am watching drivng school on bbc iplayer and there was a poster for this song on a wall in the background and i had to come and listen to it, amazing how i still rememeber this video and the words, my lord mankind peaked in the 90s
