That is worn out, I never seen one that bad
hey guy please spot your pins correctly thats what those circles are for on the pindeck and also note your 9 pin has drag upon respotting that roll pin at the end of your scissors is supposed to have a plastic u shape covering there is nothing right about this video im looking at all the cells and they are not even close to uniform dont make videos your wasting time on how to correctly do something dont listen to this guy is so bad
I bought a set of thin wrenches for that
Qa curtains don't last a year
I am mechanic at a bowling alley in Columbia South Carolina. Hit me up man
salamat sa troubleshooting tips boss malaking tulong para sa isang bowling mechanic..
I have stopped buffing my synthetic approaches and just do avery good spot clean each day and ahot wet mopp ounce a week.My bowlers don't have any problems.B ut i only have 18 lanes😀😀
Must be nice to work in a bowling center with both AMF and Brunswick pinsetters. You probably should have taken the gloves off before you ate the food.
Galing naman po!
bro is twister pin 💀
Ang galing naman!
Can't believe he put back in without Cleaning the oil off that curtain that will Give you scoring problems. He also better ck his oil pans
Hey man I’m a mechanic at a bowling alley an I’m having some troubles with respot cells anyway I can ask you a few questions?
I did my 50 years in a split house and kept 10 complete cells ready for use. After seeing a few tables crash on to the pin deck I started using a single wrap of aircraft cable around the table and the bins. If that table free falls, it's gunna leave a mark ! Coconuts also split apart !
A2 Is Better
This would never happen if you had the string pin
Nooooooo strings ✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️
String pins are TRASH.
ABSOLUTELY NOT 😂😂😂
Take that comment back
StringPins are garbage. Free Fall Pinsetters will never have any breakdowns if its maintained properly and the people supports StringPins are lazy and don’t know how to fix anything like a car for example
san bansa yan bro?
Sa USA po yan
What’s the spray you use when buffing?
99 percent alcohol
I use 50% metho 50% water.😀water to lift anything that has any sugar content and metho for scuffing.
Looks like a nice place
Are the Twister pins working out for you? We put some on 4 lanes to test years ago and decided not to buy more. The red stripes on the pins were plastic bands instead of being painted on. The bands started breaking off before long. Not sure if they still make them that way.
no, i don’t like it, we have a lot of issues when we replace our pins with twister pins, its almost 3 years now that we are running these twister pins
@@pinhead8122i heard twisters will fock you over if you have amf or gsk machines those pins just dont mix well because of there density and surface not only that there garbage pins anyway not real pins.
I having a problem with the bumpers be stuck down
Ang sulit ! Anong klaseng wood plank yan sa cushion ?
you can straighten the frame with a little hammer time .
If anyone ever falls from that attic area with all of those open areas OSHA will be fining that center heavily. Nice video.
The cushion quick release block is awesome! Saves time with removing all those bolts. Just a 1/2 inch bolt in a collar slide the ring over and the cushion comes out.
you very lucky to have someone to help with the lift rod covers. Me not so lucky, have to put the lift rod covers on by myself.
That is really cool! I was trying to see where the images are being projected from, but couldn't see in the video. Does it shine down from above the approach?
from above
I’ve worked on both a2 & 8270’s just gotta watch out for pins in lift rod ball return then you gotta reverse ball wheel slightly to remove pin
Why are those old pinsetters sitting out to rust?
Very sad to see.
I work at an alley in FL the company that makes the flex is located not too far from where I live
A2's!!!!!!!!
See if ebn has the enviro roller for this assembly u will never have to change one again.
I've never seen one that badly worn wow.
This was weirdly fascinating to a bowling nerd like me.
You can save yourself one step by removing the link from the respot cell. It is great to see you have to notebook for recording problems. You can easily refer to previous machine problems.
awesome!
Hey u need to get ebn black pozi belts best thing that's out those qa Grey amf belts get hard and slick and don't last a year.
I have ALWAYS wanted to see the back of this center!
If you’re working a bowling alley in that happens, so you just put a bowling pin there
yes, or turn off machine, climb up to the machine and put in 1st ball by slightly pulling up the deck holding hook, drop the rake down for guard protection go down and manually clear the ball with your hands..i jut did it the easy way by putting a pin to push the ball through
U need to make a pit carpet video
A2 FOR LIFE
Good job and nice amf machines 🎳
I find A2's much easier than AMF or GS-Series of getting balls unstuck cause you don't have to deal of trying to get the balls to the ball door when you can just use your hand to push the ball to get it out. In fact, as a Bowler I have seen more balls stuck now at my local center in their AMF's than my childhood center that have GS-92 pinsetters, the last time I bowled my practice game was Aug. 26 of this year and my ball got stuck probably 5 or 6 times, maybe nearly 10 times.
Those black ball lift belts are horrible they deteriorate bad. I swapped all mine to the orange Pbl belts. But I'm in the process of switching to humpback ball return's.
When I was working on AMF pinsetters I did the same thing.. orange belts are very good but be very careful with humpbacks I did have problems.anyway good luck let's keep the dream alive😀😀
I use nylon washers the rubber washers swell and get gummy. The nylon u just wipe clean
that is true, always used the white nylon washers, but since i used it a lot of times, got ran out, so i used the rubber washer
Those red carpets are bad you need to get the ebn sterling carpet. They will last longer plus keep ur pins clean
i agree with you 100 percent, we have so many red carpets installed, they don’t last long, lots of them now are cracked
Need new cross conveyor belts
i did replaced the cc belts, changed oily pins, adjusted the tensions of the belts, cleaned cc side and plates.i think i need the old school fat cc belts, that the one we used at my other center and no problem at all
Get rid of the red carpets u will have issues with them
The green carpets were always a pain in my opinion. They wanted to tear easily and fold for some reason. Kept hanging in the bounce plate mount when they folded over.
