It's still bodies in war planes ,from test flights. Huge bombs that didn't exploded on impact from the military test sites as well. I just don't know about that . Hopefully that can be removed safe, including the bodies of war veterans.

Bring in the ocean via the Colorado Delta that is 40 ft tall of alluvial wash, very easy to channel through. Yes the under sea level communities would have to deal with relocating. BUT could you imagine the gulf of California extending to Palm Springs making it a seaport? All the shoreline would be prime ocean front property. At one time it was, before the Colorado river filled in the gulf with mountains of gravel. It would be the most grand geoengineering project ever, but possible. Nature would do most of the work if a small ditch was dug about 20 miles long. I still dream it could be done.

Waste of resources at 35k plus a city police employee wage operating it. Most likely paid to train a police officer how to fly a drone , more wasted revenue. Wonder how much was allotted for this. So you’re hoping an officer sees some one run a red light while operating a drone just to put out the word in hope a different police officer will intervene them and cite a ticket ?
