Good day. Please I have a new treadmill, the issue is that the treadmill is connected to Internet, Netflix etc, but when video is been played there is no sound or audio coming out of the speaker, but when I uses my phone to connect with the cord, there is audio in the speaker of the treadmill

This is exactly how you reset the treadmill. I used a paper clip. First unplug your treadmill, the key should still be in place, while you are pressing the paper clip down have someone to plug the treadmill in. Hold the treadmill down for 3 more seconds and woohlah

What's ifit? Who are these trainers? Just needed a treadmill..

Can you program your own workouts via smartphone? I think 99.9% of people are basically annoyed by the iFit option and the idea of access to "Trainers around the world". Most people want to know the limitations on smart phone connectivity.
