I bought my first gymno, it has a yellow base, is it normal? also if I touch it it is not completely hard but not gelatinous either, I ordered it by delivery

As we already know, Gymnos that are 100% coloured (without any trace of green) cannot develop own roots, but in this case could this technique be successfuly used ?? Thanks for the video.

lay some paper towel over the graft before taping. Thus the tape wont stick to the graft and risk pulling it off when removing the tape

This " Fake " DeGrafting wrks !!! to my surprise!! Sometime ago my Moon Cactus lost the lower part of its Dragon Fruit RootStock do to rotting . So I cut off the rot and left the rest of the stock . So now I have a floating Moon cactus held up by the Hylostick visible between the dressing and the rest of the stock attached to the Moon Cactus . But Now that I see your Technic !! and how it is effective... I'm going to start applying this process to some of my Grafted Cacti . Never really liked Grafting .... But only accepted for the its growth purpose! THANKS for Sharing this Technic ...Cactus On! from Calif. :)
