Your perseverance is amazing and inspiring! So proud of your never ending efforts for a comeback!
Here’s to a healthy happy 2025 for you and your recovery!
Ok

@@djgarvey123 absolutely.
You do not know what wheel chocks are or how to use them. So, by all means, make an instructional video on how to use it? Odd
It may be less wonky if you installed the plate right side up. The countersink screw provisions give that away
I love how you put the wheel stop on the uphill side of the wheel you were jacking. You should probably figure out the stock stuff before you buy aftermarket.
@@lankey6969 glad you know which way my driveway slopes! Thanks brotha
Wow….spectacular views with your drone!
Thank you! The drone made it easy to get these awesome shots.
Gracie picking up the headlamp, well trained! 😁

Good stuff in December 2024
Most of the Australian ones, they unclip, each individual link. Then put the cable in and close the links
Great vid but your shirt is exactly what I was saying through most of the video. lol. Also, good to have guns but all your mags were empty. I hope you if you have the gear your actually getting some range time with them would suck if you have the gear and no experience. We call that a liability.
@@damoncrawford1245 don’t worry my man, I’ve got 27 years of professional experience with the iron if you know what I mean.
@ I do, just making sure brother. You were lookin a little squirrely with them tools. Lol.
Hey man, I’m really glad you’re doing well and recovering. Also, you’ve had a successful heart surgery. (Very good!) I’m a few years older, but like yourself, I live a very healthy lifestyle and exercise daily. Lately, I’ve increased running milage and using the kickbike to help with cross training. I have no health issues, but this is a reminder to stay focused on health and count your blessings. Thanks for your story! Cheers!
Thank you so much, there has. been a lot of lessons in this challenge, I'm learning there are lessons in the lessons. Stay focused, be grateful, and keep living life! You never know what may happen to you or your loved ones. Just enjoy each sunrise to sunset and pray you get to see the next sunrise.
@ Ya man! 👍👍
Any chance you’ve checked to see if this bottle jack would fit in the factory location? And replace the factory jack with the seat closed up and functional of course.
It would not fit where the factory jack is located.
move away from that Sh$tHole ASAP if possible
Wake up every morning and don’t let the old man in.

@@masonstarr860 thank you so much, keep fighting yourself 🙏🏻
Big Lava Bed is an amazing unique place. Very treacherous with the rocks, navigation and unlimited amount of hornets. Spending the night inside the crater looking up at the stars was one of the special experiences I've ever had. No light pollution there! I too did find snow when I hiked in a July, deep in the cracks, even though it was 105 outside!
Wow, that sounds like an awesome adventure, dang 105 is hot, I bet you didn't see anybody else!
@@TheDisillusioned1811 I've hiked it three times and you never see anyone else. Always go with a hiking buddy! A Garmin GPS always works, and is needed as just walking a hundred feet in there can get you lost and many people have gone missing there. I still want to plan a trip back just to see the stars again.
I am glad to see you were ready...with spray and hand gun....
So glad you survived and on the road to recovery! Thank you for sharing this.
Thanks a lot Carla 🙏
Great to see your journey post surgery, and you enjoying what makes you happy. “Getting after it” like all great warriors do, stay motivated brother.

iPhones are water resistant sir, love the review pretty much all the information I need to know
@@akashdeswal1485 yes they are but the touchscreen features fail when in a downpour. That makes it hard to use especially in an emergency situation or navigation.
Man, so happy to hear you're doing well. I've taken a ton of inspiration from your channel and wondering where you've been over the past few months. I really hope your recovery continues to go well and you can keep getting out to do the things you love for years to come.

Your solution would be to move but don't if you voted for the shit you got
Congrats on your achievements. I will be doing the central CA ultra early November. Is it relatively flat? How does it compare to other ultras?
@@Mbapapi86 I haven’t run that race before. You can probably google Central California Spartan Ultra race map to see if you can find a previous course map. I’m guessing it won’t be too much vert since it isn’t a mountainous area.
Wonderful video! Can't wait to start my 2024\25 nordic BC ski season.
@@claudebourgeois2283 me too! Thanks for watching. Where are you located at?
@@TheDisillusioned1811 Northern Québec. Our skiing season usually begins in mid-November. I also ski with our dog Spencer, a wire-haired pointing griffon.
@@claudebourgeois2283 I love exploring with my dog on the skis. I’ve read a book “This Land of Snow” about a guy who tries to ski across Canada. Really cool, I want to try exploring British Columbia/Alberta this winter if I can make it happen.

Headed to Counsel Lake this coming weekend. Stoked!
@@chrismc.893 have fun!
The unlucky hiker from 2013 finally being found brought me to this. You can see how someone could "vanish" between blocks.
@@geot4647 yes, this terrain is not forgiving, plus the GPS does not work here. I would not go back in this area again unless I had a partner/buddy with me.
@@geot4647 and the area had an unsettling “vibe”/feeling.
@@TheDisillusioned1811It's interesting that you mention this. I've spent some time in this area; never went deep into the lava bed but have spent time hiking, camping and driving the maze of roads through the woods up in that area and I've also felt the same. The whole area has a weird, uneasy vibe to me. Can't quite put my finger on it.
its blue loctite
I have metatarsalgia, which is basically sore forefeet. I also have some bursitis in my knees, so im very limited on what i can do to get exercise/cardio. Im trying swimming but also have shoulder and neck issues...really i have to watch what i do whole body. Im also looking at the Schwinn shuffle kick bike. Think itll work for my special needs?
I am sorry you are dealing with your injuries. Do you think you can balance on a kick bike without falling over? There really is no downward impact on the foot, it is more of digging motion like a a cat digging a hole, if you get one, I would suggest going to a 1/4 mile track to learn how to use it being a smooth level surface. It sounds like the doctor(s) have cleared you for physical activity. Also I. would try standing on one foot/leg, using a countertop to balance yourself and see if you can just stand there one leg for a few minutes and swing your other leg back and forth in the "kick" motion to see if that has any pain prior to purchasing a kick bike. Good luck I hope you heal up quickly and get some relief from the pain. 🙏
can you double-check those measurements on the washers? text reads 3/4" and link brings up 1/4" on the metal flat washers. thanks.
Sorry for the late response. Definitely 3/4”. 1/4” is way too small.
