Mormon baptism requires not only the baptism, but confirmation afterwards. Words said during baptism: “Having been commissioned of Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen”. Words said after baptism during confirmation: "In the name of Jesus Christ, and by the authority of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood, I confirm you a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and say unto you, 'receive the Holy Ghost'". So you are actually confirmed into the church by the end of everything. The Bible says, from Jesus’s own words that we are to “go forth and make disciples of every nation, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” And he states that through baptism you will have the Holy Spirit. I think Jesus is telling the truth here, he never said we must be confirmed into a church nor have confirmation after baptism for the Holy Spirit, only that we should be baptized to receive the Holy Spirit.

Hello, in your description, you said, "God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost-three separate beings working together, NOT one person!" This is not the historic and biblical understanding of the Trinity, Christians believe in one God (Being) who exists in 3 distinct Persons, each of Whom are coequal and coeternal with the other Persons. One God (Being) in 3 Persons. I believe that you misrepresented the Christian doctrine of the Trinity. Would love to talk more.
