When I was about 3, I was very active, in running, jumping, and climbing. I could easily outrun my overweight Grandmother. She stopped that by putting a harness & leash on me. When I found that I could only go about 3 ft., I pulled & struggled like mad, to free myself, but I was unable to. She would keep me in it, until learned not to try to take off. Years later, we trained our daughter to walk in one from 15 mos. on.
