From Snettisham RSPB Lagoon, while doing the Spectacular in Sept-2023

First attempt at doing video of the Snettisham Spectacular. I clearly need to learn a lot more about how DaVinci Studio works and how to edit the output from my Canon mirrorless cameras.

Gannets on Helgoland. Both parents and a small chick. Some tempting is required by the chick before the parent allows it to feed. Shot on my EOS R7 with the 18-150mm RF-S lens.

Short clip of the sheep on Helgoland. They wander round the top bit of the island acting like they own the place.

Handheld video of the Gannets soaring on the updraft from the cliffs. Wind noise is a given and later I need to work out how to reduce this.

Second attempt with a tripod this time. No editing, just one clip after the next. Shot on the Canon R5 in 4K without the log3 thing.

Basic capture from the cliff tops on Helgoland. No Edits, simply chain one clip after the other. This is hand Held, later clips revert to a more sensible use of the tripod.

The Wildpark in Hanau has little wolf cubs that were born ini early May-2023. Ideal subject to test my Video skills using the R5 camera and EF-600mm lens. This is "raw" just joining the clips one after the other. Clearly some editing is required.

Using my GoPro Hero 10 to do videos around the bass rock in Scotland. Tricky doing this from a moving boat with waves, swell, and other conditions.

Initial attempt with my GoPro 10 camera to do a video of the boat trip from Seahouses. This is arriving at Staple Island.

From the trip to Lunga in 2023, showing that it is not exclusively puffins...
