    Oh Myrra, thanks for this. I have learnt atleast what a meltdown is...i would call everything meltdown... I also humbled to know you continue exposing them to the world, and not blocking them from what overwhelms them. Just taking them slowly in what overwhelms them to help them transition and overcome what weighs them down. All these tips are seriously useful for all toddlers

    • @mothersvoiceke
      @mothersvoiceke 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you so much, @tracybett4822 for your heartfelt message. It’s truly encouraging to hear that this conversation has shed some light on what a meltdown really is. Many of us, as parents, have been in that space of confusion, and it’s beautiful to see you embracing this understanding. Exposing our little ones to the world, even when it feels overwhelming, is such an act of love and courage. Taking those small, gentle steps with them shows them that they’re not alone, that they’re safe, and that they can grow through what feels heavy. You’re absolutely right-these tips are universal for all toddlers because at their core, they’re little humans with big feelings trying to make sense of the world. Thank you for being part of this space and for sharing your reflections-they remind us why we do what we do. You're truly inspiring.

    May we all create a safe place free from shame, Children born different are part of Gods plan and they deserve inclusivity in society.Let us stop inflicting shame of neurogivergent children and care givers

    • @mothersvoiceke
      @mothersvoiceke 20 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Absolutely! It’s essential that we, as a society, embrace all children, including those who are neurodivergent, as part of God’s beautiful plan. The shame often placed on them and their caregivers only serves to isolate and diminish their inherent worth. Instead, we should be creating spaces of love, understanding, and inclusion, where every child’s uniqueness is celebrated, not stigmatized. Thank you @estherjuma5862 for the amazing insights and gracing the show.
