It was a lovely spot, but we were stopped by some NT workers on the way back and asked not to camp here in the future. Unfortunately, due to its close proximity to the car park, they have had an increase in antisocial behaviour, with inconsiderate people leaving rubbish and camping equipment. We left only footprints and even took others rubbish home with us, but unfortunately, not everyone is a...

Yooo always wondered who did that so sick
Si😂🖕
Looks like you could have done with a steeper hill
It's trying to find a safe one for insurance. This is actually a hillclimb track, and to be fair, 30mph is still fun. It's about trying to not lose speed on the corners as much as top speed.
Way too much brake son. 🤷♂️
This is ace! I can’t believe I’m just discovering it!
Thank you for everything Rik! Here’s a little something for fun: th-cam.com/video/E43G1rM-Txg/w-d-xo.html
Ps estuvo bien la pista
Finally found a sport a fat custard like me might be good at. Sign me up!
Good sport for a fat guy I bet
Ok.. I'm in London, and want to get into this.... I have access to tools and skills to build a bike... where do I find rules, events etc?
I'd say check facebook groups for them. Or better yet, contact longboarding events/ groups and ask if they accept gravity bikes or if there are any gravity bike races in the same event :) I haven't been to an official race yet, I usually go to a local hill near mine and time my runs haha
With 35mph max I wonder how a pedal bike of the right type would fare in this race. Road or commuter bike with 700c or 29” tires maybe.
Faster. Easy 50+ mph.
They are just cycles with no pedals, so a cycle with pedals would be faster for sure.
Andan muy suave a comparación de los colombianos jajajaja aquí los gravitosos son meros lokos jajajaja
68kmph
In Malaysia we call it "basikal lajak"
Is the speedo accurate? Sure we got clocked at around 50 on that first section
It's gps so speed is accurate. We're you thinking 50kph?
they use their breaks far to often, that only goes to slow them down. no danger?
The name says it all.
Or, they use their "brakes too often". It's like any kind of track or circuit racing, if you aren't really familiar with the circuit, you don't know how fast you can take the bend. You build up speed as you get more familiar... assuming you get the chance to use the track several times.
I've skated there
Nice looks great I'm going tomoz
really nice and clean work!
