If the Horseman is not going to adhere to the rules then the police should be standing there for a while and telling people to stay back from the line they can put at least one police officer right there telling people

I still say they need to put that white sign with the that shows you're not supposed to touch the horses on both sides a lot of times those people are on one side and they don't see that sign horses because the horses in the way

I like that policeman he’s very strong dealing with the tourists who still want their photo taken when told to stand back. They obeyed him very quickly. Good to see.

Only 20 yrs ago, painting a box on the ground would be unheard of( and unnecessary). Sadly, people feel not only entitled, but self-absorbed. So absorbed that decorum, empathy & manners are not even in their vocabulary.
