A super serious artistic endeavor to compile a melting pot of video footage from across our collection of thrift store finds. A Serious Fondue Rodeo, if you will. The goal is to release an electronic zine on a regular-ish basis in the format of a DVD. Then to sell said DVD online and at film festivals. Then to achieve fame and fortune... or at least enough to cover the cost of hoarding thrift store finds and traveling to film festivals.

Announcer for Army College Men's Soccer is the BEST
If you aren't familiar with the college men's soccer announcer for West Point's Army, here's a taste of the magic you've been missing. My wife's cousin is on the Lafayette Leopards and we watch his games on ESPN+ via Hulu each week during the Patriot League season. My personal favorite matchup is with Army... especially if hosted at West Point... so we are treated to, quite possibly, the best sports announcer ever. EVER. What was labeled "Guide to Camping," from the infamous publisher of 1980's VHS, Simitar, was in fact an outdoor survival guide. The content, a tight 30 minutes, features a silver Simitar logo (which I moved frm the beginning for artitic reasons only), a first I've seen, has been edited down to just some of my favorite moments. Found a tape that was recorded in Medford, Oregon, which contained the Super Bowl 21 pre-game broadcast from 1987. These are the commercials from that tape. A combination of national ads, as well as local ads from Medford, Oregon. 1990's Commercials During a Christmas TV Special

The following commercials were recorded during the CBS broadcast of A Wish for Wings That Work: An Opus Christmas Story around 1992. They include Bobcat Goldthwait guest starring in Golden Palace (a Golden Girls spinoff), Space Rangers (a Sci-Fi show I have no memory of at all), Bob (a show that I actually went to a taping of), Major Dad, Garfield, 7up, McDonalds and more! Part of Children's Praise Volume 2 VHS, 1987, this song is called, "Learn God's Word." I especially loved puppet Satan. I was praying there would be a puppet Satan. Praise be, there was! Someone from Medford Oregon recorded a movie on KTVL channel 10 in 1985, and thankfully didn't skip the local commercials!
