Why don't you pause it and look at the video? I will help you a little! Hint: Spawn the triangle in the air and then put the grey bar on the square before it lands!

the video does actually help you have to spawn triangle high up then quickly spawn the long grey under it before it lands

Love this game...solved all 40 lvls in about 3 hours...so sad it's done...if you like this try addictive balance on addicting games....fun fun.
