I doubt that she is in pain, you simply can't dance well if you are. You should not be in pain if properly trained.
@@chinoisdoll no, if you look at ballet documentaries, all ballet dancers feel pain when dancing on point. Obviously if you are as trained as she is, you won’t feel as much pain since you are used to it, but it’s natural to feel pain when dancing on point since you are literally on the TIP of your toes

@@valerielin3354 really? My cousin’s ballet dancer in the royal ballet school (she’s not very good), and she feels so much pain when she’s rehearsing, and all her friends as well. Even the teachers told her that pointe shoes are supposed to hurt
@@evelyn4120 A lot of people's shoes hurt but not directly from going on pointe-it's from other things like blisters that make it hurt more. I'm classically trained from a vaganova partner school and my shoes don't hurt unless I wear them for a few hours. I guess it varies for different people.
